Very large and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils), living room of 12 m2 with satellite TV, internet (WIFI), 2 bathrooms (hair dryer) and heating in all rooms. The house also has a garage and outdoor patio of 70 m2, in addition to an orchard / garden of 25 m2. with lawn, barbecue, table and chairs outside.
