-A kitchenette with sink, toaster oven, coffee maker, and other appliances so that you can cook simple meals.
-A small living room area with a comfy daybed that can sleep an adult, teenager, or kid.
-A smart TV.

Primary bedroom 2: This bedroom has a queen bed with a comfy and eco-friendly Avocado mattress, view and access to the backyard, an ensuite bathroom, and of course a smart TV so that you can relax and binge-watch your favorite shows.
Third bedroom: With a special headboard hand made by us (your hosts) this room is our favorite, with a queen bed with mattress from Brentwood home, easy access to the third bathroom, and view and access to the backyard, anyone in your group will be happy to sleep here.
Fourth bedroom: We call this the "Dive bedroom", it is inspired by our love for diving and exploring the sea! This room is perfect for the kids in the group but works for an adult too. It is equipped with 1 daybed and 1 trundle bed.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, baking sheets, cupcake pan, and all the utensils you could need, you will be able to have a lot of fun cooking delicious meals with your friends or family.
Outdoor dining area: This space is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with your group, with a big table, a new outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge and sink to cook some delicious meals, and of course a TV so that you don't miss the game while grilling the steak.
Landscaping: No expense was spared in landscaping every inch of this home with the most beautiful and delicious tropical fruits and other edible plants. Local tropical permaculture experts curated a beautiful and inviting edible landscape like you've never seen before. Everything from bananas, pineapples, mangos, and strawberries are planted on site.
