Large, open waterfront home with all the best amenities! The open kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, microwave, granite countertops, and a wet bar with beverage cooler. In the kitchen you will also find special dishes and silverware for the little ones, a highchair and pack and play. The kitchen table seats 12, and there are 4 bar stools at the counter. Four bedrooms, sleeps 17 comfortably. Whole house water filtration system provides great tasting water to drink and cook with. Great location in between Navarre and Gulf Breeze.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus pool bathroom downstairs.
Play in the saltwater swimming pool, relax on the large patio, and Cornhole, you will always have something fun or relaxing to do! 2 adult and 2 youth life jackets are also provided.
Boat dock in front of house, with boat launch a mile down the road. Easy access to the Santa Rosa Sound. Pensacola Beach is minutes away by boat.
