A fully furnished Ranch house nestled on 9 acres of land. Private and peaceful country like setting . Enjoy a morning cup of coffee looking out from the porch into a breathtaking view. This is a perfect getaway ranch home for a family or a group of friends to unwind and enjoy each others company.
The Scenic Ranch Getaway has three bedrooms and two full baths. It is fully furnished to satisfy all of your daily living needs. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils to cook simple meals. In the living room you can relax watching Netflix while looking out the patio doors into the scenic view. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a master bathroom attached. One of the bedrooms has one queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds.

Summary: Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four to six people to spend a few days enjoying some quiet country life.
