We Invite You To Stay In our Charming Mexican/Caribbean, Seaside Beach Condo. Perfect for Friends and Families, named in Spanish ' Casa del Arbol ' which translates to ' Tree House' in English.
Casa Arbol is a lovely, Mexican decorated beach home on the 2nd level . It is surrounded by Royal (coconut) Palms and many other tropical trees. It has everything Guests will need for a comfortable vacation in our beach condo.
Our FULLY equipped home is in a complex surrounded by beautiful gardens and waterfalls.
A Large Pool is in the center of the complex with sun loungers on it's deck for your enjoyment. Continue for a few steps and thru our gates and you will be on the White, Fluffy Sands of Coco Beach.
Condo Arbol has:

Maximum guests allowed for any 2 bedroom condo in our complex is five( 5). However, our Condo Arbol is best suited for 4 guests.
Casa Arbol is perfectly named( Tree House in English) and is on the 2nd level, nestled among beautiful tropical foliage and tall, royal palm trees .
You will be Seaside and right next to a Sandy White Beach and the Blue Caribbean Sea. You won't even need shoes or sandals to step from your condo on to the fluffy ,white sands and to jump into the sea .
Our Natztiha Complex is also just steps to the new and now famous 38th street where you will find EVERYTHING, from fabulous restaurants (with any choice of your favorite cuisine), bars, frozen yogurt shop, convenience stores etc,etc,etc..
You will be just minutes to the also famous 5th Ave which stretches for miles filled with more wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques, pharmacies, hair and nail salons and much more.
In the 3 nearby convenience stores you can get soft drinks ,juices, beer, other beverages and bags of ice and even styrofoam coolers, munchies, sandwiches etc for a nominal price at these nearby convenience stores near to your condo..
Nearer still is the newly developed 38th St with amazing restaurants, cafes and more!
An amazing Grocery Store called CHEDRAUI is only 5 minutes away. It has all you will need for breakfast, lunch and dinner ,even already cooked.
Casa del Arbol is decorated in an authentic Mexican Style to ' take you away ' so you can enjoy your tropical holiday in a warm, inviting atmosphere with the comforts of home. It also has some modern touches and is equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Our house keepers do a great job and keep it scrupulously clean at all times and again before our guests arrivals.
On the spacious balcony there is a comfortable hammock . Watch the birds fly among the tropical trees of our garden.
You will have your own, private Fiber Optic WIFI! So bring your computers, phones, Ipads .
Bring your Fire stick or facsimile and download your favorite shows on our Smart T.V.
Not only will you be ALMOST ON the beach, in addition our Complex has a Large Pool for you to enjoy a refreshing dip and is large enough for you to do your laps surrounded by beautiful Royal Palms and other, tropical trees .You can hear and watch beautiful tropical birds especially in the morning.
Also on your balcony is a table and with chairs to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages and a couch and hammock to relax in. Listen and see the tropical birds, sometimes ,even a monkey( just don't feed her (smile) ). Two overhead fans on the balcony ensure that you enjoy cool breezes all the time. Sometimes these are not needed as you will experience the breezes coming off the nearby Caribbean Sea typically in the winter months of October, November ,December, January , February, March ,April when the average temperature is around 26c(or78 degree).
This tropical Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms:
*The Primary Bedroom has a large King bed ,an overhead fan. There is also a split A.C. with a remote control. It has it's own full ensuite bathroom with a large tub,
*2nd Bedroom has twin beds ,overhead, ceiling fan with remote control. Attached is another full ensuite bathroom .
*Washer and Dryer for your personal use is in our home.
In Condo Arbol you will find all the necessities for your, stress free vacation .
On Arrival we supply for you :
*4 Beach Towels ( One large per person).
*8 Bath Towels, ( 2 per person)
*4 Face and 4 Hand towels
*4 Small Bars of Soap, plus liquid soap( 2 small bars) in Each Bathroom,
*2 Fresh Rolls of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom ( total 4).
Kitchen has :
*New Roll of Paper Towels ,
* Kitchen Towels ,
*Dish washing Soap, Sponges ,
*One FREE Five Gallon Jug of Purified Water( with dispenser). Additional ones can be replaced in our complex for a small fee of approx.$5 usd. Just ask one of our gardeners to it bring it to your condo and install in the dispenser . A small tip is much appreciated.

Built in a Mexican and Mediterranean style and we have furnished our condo to maintain that feeling so you will feel that tropical ,Caribbean/Mexican flavor when you live in it. We want you to indeed feel that you are now in Mexico, away and enjoying and relaxing in the Mexican Tropics.
Go a flight of stairs above to the rooftop and walk to to end and have your cocktails on our chairs and loungers .Enjoy your margaritas, cocktails, snacks etc with the feeling that you are on a ship as it's almost directly over the water. Drink in the fantastic Caribbean view. At night time, watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon.
MANAGEMENT :
We have a wonderful property managers for our condo . They and their staff live a few minutes away. Claudio and his wife ,Manuela, speak fluent Spanish and English and Italian. They have a great team of helpers, mostly Mexican speaking . Should you ever require their help re the condo ,they will be there asap.
