Beautiful 3 acre property directly on Charlotte Harbor with 3,300 SqFt, 4 bedroom and 3 bath house. Large deck overlooking the water. Huge 300 ft dock with a lift for boating access (there are 2 lifts, but only one is available for renters). Tons of room to relax or play. All furniture is brand new as of June 2021, yes including mattresses, pillows/linens, couches, TVs… everything. We do not live here at all, so the home is wide open with plenty of room and the furnishings get minimal usage.
PROs - the property and the view! Huge deck right on the water (almost OVER the water). Dock and lift. New furniture. Plenty of parking. No neighbors.
CONs - Older bathrooms. Older appliances. No pool.

Summary: We are all about atmosphere and ambiance. Steve's property delivered! It's a great blend of used and vintage 80's, with family owned new and personally maintained. The view and access to the Peace River is beyond perfect. We witnessed springtime Florida storms roll through at 6am. It was breathtaking watching the wind and lightning unleash with the sunrise. Additionally, this house much like every other vintage structure, has it's quirks and way of doing things. As fellow homeowners, it all rolled off our backs like water off a duck. Speaking of...! We loved getting a couple duck visitors... Our pups were not as pleased. Super dog friendly place that's ultra convenient to the interstate and super cute and fun downtown Punta Gorda. We hope to return very very soon!
