There is a bed in mezzanine for tandem unwilling to share a bed.

There are also countless pull-out shelves, plugs at dedicated places (even a European wall plug and USB ports), reading lamps next to both beds and sofa.
For a cosy feeling, the walls, floor and ceiling have been insulated. Under the floor made of natural Belgian blue stone, there is an underfloor heating system throughout the studio.
In terms of noise, the front door and the walls are sound-proof and thanks to the floating concrete floor, no noise can come from downstairs. There is a terrace on the top that cannot be used after 10pm. The studio is located at the back of the house and there are no buildings on the sides!
