Positive: Location is great, with jungle all around and walkable to orangutan sanctuary.
Negative: Everything feels a bit run down and neglected and there’s a lack of atmosphere and warmth, which is a shame because it could be a really special place with a bit more care and customer service. This was reflected in the attitude of some of the staff. They have a captive audience because of the proximity to the attractions so there is a regular flow of customers but no one has really thought about the customer experience. The food in the restaurant was tasty but the portions are very small.
