Summary: We recently stayed at this property and overall had a decent experience. The location is fantastic—close to everything—and the place was very clean, which we appreciated. One of the highlights was the Cabana Club, located right across the street. It was a great amenity and added a lot of value to our stay.The property has cable, which was a nice surprise since many rentals we've stayed at don't offer it. However, there are only TVs in the queen bedroom and the living room, which might be a downside for some guests. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the couches could definitely use an update—they weren’t very comfortable to sit on for long periods. Additionally, the walls are thin—you can hear neighbors opening and closing cabinets, flushing toilets, or moving furniture.The backyard situation was a bit disappointing. The listing photos made it seem more private than it actually is. There’s no real separation from the neighbors on the right side, so when they were outside, it felt like we were sharing a yard. Fortunately, the neighbors on the left were blocked by trees and bushes, offering more privacy.Another issue we had was with the dishwasher. It didn’t work during our stay. While maintenance was sent out, it wasn’t fixed, and we never received any follow-up after the visit, which was frustrating.In the end, the great location, water view, and cleanliness made it a solid stay.
