Positive: The house has been renovated recently and it's decorated in a nice, even if "common", modern way. Easy check-in. Availability of coffee. Close to the city center.

Negative: Small and crowded. I was in the "japanese" room. It's a very small room (with several things, small objects inside it making it even more uncomfortable) sized 12-13 sqm. In the house there are three rooms (the other two being better than the "japanese" one). The common area is limited to a (very) small kitchen and a bathroom. Since at least 3 people lives in the house is very difficult not to feel in a claustrophobic situation when you leave your room. In my case, for example, there was an old lady from Berlin (that's what she told me) that used to go around in the house in a baby doll (and very strange grey socks): this one can like or not: I can tell you that I personally didn't like it at all. The other guest was cooking in a microwave smelly dishes: you can imagine that food smell immediately went everywhere, even into your room. Overall not a "great" stay for me.
