Fully furnished and has linens, towels, dishes, hair dyer, tvs, games, washer and dryer.
Motion activated ring cameras all around OUTSIDE of home , ring doorbell for assistance if needed to get in, ring cameras around pool area, the cameras are not monitored but are in place for if something happens and need to be reviewed for safety issues.
Disclosure: no one is monitoring them 24 hours a day, they are motion sensor cameras but not monitored unless a incident or accident happens and need to be viewed to see what happened.
Home has a working alarm system to use while at home.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day extra.
Please put on pool blanket when not using the pool at night from the months of October until March.
BBQ is free and on a pay it forward system. If tank runs out you can refill it at a local store near by. PM company does not refill tanks.
