Summary: The location was excellent for my purposes. In town for a volleyball tournament that was right up the street. Also the place is cute while very minimally furnished. However, somethings made for a less than stellar experience. There was no extra toilet paper. Once whatever was on the roll was gone, we were on our own. The beds and bedding, while they did serve the purpose, were not very comfortable. I thought that might be the case so we traveled with our own pillows and blanket. Also, there is an expextation that you clean up before leaving (with the threat of additional charges), but the master bathroom shower was not clean... not as one would expect. Lastly, I didn't feel the instructions were very clear on where to take the garbage to dump it. We think we found the right place but it wasn't where we were looking, based on the instructions. So, if you are pretty local and can bring things like paper products and bedding to comfort, or don't mind running up to Publix for some things. You'll like this place. Just be prepared for BARE MINIMUM.
