This gorgeous property has been completely renovated – inside and out, all designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Your own gated, private estate! Come play in the Florida sun and relax under the swaying palm trees. This enormous property boasts 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 3 half baths, game room, private pool, three-hole putting green, and an outdoor kitchen.
A large circular driveway leads you to the unique, lovely double doors of the main house where you will find a large dining room and combined kitchen that overlooks the pool and gorgeous courtyard. The dining room table seats ten and the large kitchen bar seats even more. The kitchen has all new state-of-the-art appliances and everything else you will need to prepare gourmet meals.
This house is designed for entertaining lots of family and friends! The kitchen and dining room with a half bath are conveniently located in the middle of this sprawling home. One side features a master suite with private gorgeous bath, and three bedrooms that share a large full bath. The other side includes a bunk room, full bath, and enormous game room.
Follow the winding shell stone path to discover the guest house with three bedrooms all featuring beautiful ensuite full baths. Add the additional half bath, large kitchen bar with seating and you have the perfect retreat for parents, grandparents, or teenagers who want a place to hang out. Each bedroom has its own outside entrance with seating on the patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap.
