Reopening April 1: 100+ year-old church refurbished to a home. Sits on an acre of land on the outskirts of town but still within city limits. Spacious 18 x 18 sf kitchen with large picture windows for viewing the beautiful countryside. Range, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher included. Propane forced air heat and A/C for the summer. Formal dining area and large living area with corner office space. Lots of windows for light with blackout blinds perfect for watching movies. Bedroom is on second level with full bath. Additional 3/4 bath and 1/2 bath on main level. Convenient staircase added for easy access to bedroom. Great Wifi and cable TV included.
