This lake backing home is less than 10 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. The villa is located in a private and well kept community with great views across the lake directly behind this home.
The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is well furnished and well cared for. It comfortably sleeps up to eight guests to enjoy at any given time and one of very few 4 bedroom properties in this waterfront location.
With a fully equipped kitchen including all the appliances you'd expect to see in your home away from home - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests and a breakfast bar for additional diners wanting to spin between the kitchen and living area.

The homes southwest exposure gives this home an ideal outside space to make the most of the Florida sunshine - with a great pool to relax in and a large lanai to take shade from the sun and enjoy some outside dining with the family and friends who may be accompanying you on your trip to the sunshine state.
Walt Disney World is less than 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
