This beautiful spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath Mid-century home is approx 1300 sf and has been tastefully decorated inside and out; from the interior wood floors, kitchen, and bathrooms to the desert landscape featuring more than 40 varieties of cacti done by local desert landscaping specialists, gorgeous lap pool and jacuzzi that are seamlessly connected, citrus trees, and more.

The large front and back yards have incredible mountain views and the comfort of being in the privacy and serenity of this home and large lot nestled in a natural setting is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Located in the highly desired Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, which is walking distance to downtown, the best hiking trails in the area, and just about everything else!
Living room and bedrooms have smart TV's . Each TV has an Amazon Fire Stick and the following apps are logged in for guests: HULU (Live TV) and Paramount Plus. You may access other streaming services using your own login info.
Dog Friendly. We welcome up to two (2) well behaved dogs. A Fee of $75 plus transient occupancy tax shall apply.
