Tucked away on a peaceful side street, our cosy home is perfect for relaxing and fun gatherings. The spacious living room invites everyone to come together with plenty of seating, a TV, and a fireplace, making it ideal for movie nights or game evenings with your whole group.
For added entertainment, we’ve included a dartboard, a selection of board games, and a 7-foot multi-game table offering Air Hockey, Pool, and Table Tennis options. There’s also a convenient pay-as-you-go Honesty Bar, stocked and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Just off the living room is a quaint inner garden, a peaceful spot for sipping your morning coffee surrounded by greenery. The house features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need—stove, oven, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher—designed for a seamless cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a dining area that comfortably seats all 10 guests, perfect for group meals and maximising your time together.

Please note that this courtyard is fully open to the sky, meaning you’ll enjoy sunshine on bright days and feel the rain on wet ones—it adds a natural charm to your stay. All bedrooms are accessed through this open-air courtyard, so moving between areas means stepping briefly outside.
