Location, Location, gorgeous home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Hadley. You're minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square or Brownwood Paddock Park. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Odell Recreation Center is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and at home from the moment you drive up to this beautiful home. As you open the front door to this spacious and beautifully decorated home with an open floor plan, you will be greeted by the spectacular golf course view and your refreshing private pool. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals (If you choose not to cook, there are so many great restaurants to try) and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with recliners, perfect if you're entertaining or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with double vanity sinks & a Roma-style walk-in shower. The front guest room offers a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to enjoy while the 2nd guest room offers a comfortable king sized bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The guest bath is shared with the 2 guest rooms and there is a separate ½ bath available. This home offers a wonderful enclosed lanai with a 70" flat screen TV perfect for all season. The oversized screened birdcage and large deck along with a summer kitchen set up is where you will find your private pool & hot tub along with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The back is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square to dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.
This home comes complete and includes Private Pool with Hot tub, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
