It features a $3000 king-size Purple mattress in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a full-size pull-out couch in the second guest bedroom, and an extra twin mattress if needed if an extra person needs to be accommodated. You will enjoy the fully updated chef's kitchen, which includes a gas cooktop with a separate beverage cooler and 4 TVs for your entertainment needs. The TV in the living room is an 80" 4K OLED TV. ***NOTE: There is a non-refundable pet deposit in the amount of $500.00***
Perhaps one of the greatest features is the brand new 500-square-foot (the largest allowed) 'Beach Club' style dock designed by the property owner. The dock has a brand-new retractable ladder, so you can launch your kayaks easily if you desire. Foa'Lua features a separate workspace in the third bedroom if you are coming to work remotely. You will enjoy each home living area's unique, different, and beautiful views!
