Fish from onsite dock or bring your boat! This cottage is steps from a communal floating dock and boat ramp. This cottage also has private beach access to Crescent Beach, directly across A1A.

Kitchen- Refrigerator, 4 burner stove with oven, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, 12 cup Mr Coffee Pot, two coffee filter packs with coffee and starter coffee condiments, pots and pans, utensils, dishtowels,mitt, potholder, extra coffee filters. Welcome pack of paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and dishwasher pods.
