There is a fabulous west facing pool with large deck area and Lanai. The pool has an electric heating system, should you wish to have the additional electric pool heat please do ask for a quote when reserving the home. This home is situated on a quiet, residential street and is close to all amenities. The garden is approximately 1/4 acre so plenty of space to enjoy the outside.
