There are kayaks and paddle boards to rent on the beach, as well as yoga classes, and Laudermilk park, where kids can play and feed the ducks and turtles, Quiet tree lined street . With a bike path.
5 minutes drive to fifth avenue, the center of Naples with upscale restaurants and shops. There are 5+ entertainment/ music/dancing venues for evening. within 3 miles. Also 2 theater venues.
Several grocery choices in the area; A wonderful gourmet carryout 1 block away as well as a gourmet grocery store and Publix within 1 mile , Trader Joes , Fresh Market, and Wholefoods, a short drive.
The house is exquisite and modern. with all of the personal touches of home.
1000 sf private enclosed yard with pool , jacuzzi and screened dining area with motorized retractable screens. There is seating for 12+ guests for entertaining in the pool area.
This is my personal home. I live here most of the year, but leave for extended vacations. So the dishes, pots and pans, etc are far above rental quality. Also all of your needs are met from office supplies to wrapping paper.,Please note, the closets will not be emptied, But there will be plenty of space for your belongings.

The house is 3 stories. with a tv room/ office space / guest room with pull out sofa on the 3rd floor.
Both 2nd floor bedrooms have walk out balconies.
