This beautiful and spacious place has been fully renovated in June 2022. Located in a gated community with 24-hour security. It has all you need for your next getaway or family vacation. A peaceful place where you can relax and rest after a long day walking in the Parks. Well centralized so you can jump back to your adventure on the next day. We take special pride in our clean guidelines so every room is sanitized properly before you walk in.
L & N Family Vacation Rental offers on the first floor an open space concept living room, breakfast nook, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a cozy master suite bedroom with a king bed and a master suite bathroom with a hot tub. Going upstairs is one bedroom with a Twin/full bunk bed and a single twin bed. this room also has a TV and a large closet. Last but not least is a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a tv, and a large closet. At the end of the hallway, there is a full bathroom. For your convenience, Our house is well stocked with linens, towels, pool towels, and some basics to make your stay pleasant.
Our beautiful community offers many amenities just a few steps away. Guests will have access to 4 outdoor pools, an on-site tennis court, 2 basketball courts, a beach volleyball court, an arcade with a Pool table, bbq areas, outdoor dining, 4 playgrounds which give the perfect space for every guest to enjoy, walking trails, beautiful lake views, picture-perfect spots, a fitness center and much more.
We are conveniently close to main attractions, Theme Parks, restaurants, shopping malls, highways, and more. Only 20 mins from Disney Area. 25 mins to MCO (Orlando Airport) 30 mins from Universal Parks, Volcano Bay, and City Walk. 25 mins from Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. There are also many dining options on Highway 192 and the Kennedy Space Center is less than 60 miles away.
This picture-perfect community is located only 10 minutes drive away from Fun Spot theme park and Old Town where you can shop and dine. Open every day from 10 am to 11 pm on weekends you can enjoy live music in a family environment.

Summary: We were very pleased with the place. All the beds were very comfortable. There was a welcome package waiting for us when we got there, which made us feel appreciated. The only thing needed would be a few more things in the kitchen, like sharp knives and a larger frying pan and maybe a cookie sheet. Overall it was very comfortable.
