This suite also features a Retro refrigerator, with Keurig coffee maker with assorted starter pods provided or use the French press and the kettle. Naturally, the unit is equipped with microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, and all cookware to cook for yourself. You will have access to the Fitness Center, Heated Pool, Laundry Facilities and new fireplace in waiting lounge on site. Enjoy living the Vacation Life all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar (Tarpon Bay), on site for your Enjoyment. This property is in a great Location and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Two Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. May be reserved for 2 nights minimum, longer stays more the seven nights rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $40. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property keeps you connected, and our fitness room makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. It also features guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Laundry is just across the resort in the north building. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request one week before check-in. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $40.00.
