Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: There was a slight confusion during check-in really just due to my limited language skills). Staff were very welcoming and and kind - wait stay in restaurant were especially precious. A prompt shuttle is provided to the parking area - even though it's just a very short walk. When I asked about a store nearby, a staff member who was getting off work walked me to the store. Food options were good for both dinner and breakfast. Room was very comfortable and lake area I the middle was impressive with large colorful Koi. Interiors in common area are very pleasant and relaxing. Although this ws a royakon - I would highly recommend it for a stay by a solo traveler.

Negative: I wish there was a coin laundry - but I understand. - it was offered to drive me to a nearby laundry of I request.

Summary: comfort and courtesy - refreshing and calm. Have a glass of wine by the Koi pond after dinner.
