The 139-square-foot tiny house has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated showers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that we are a working farm with agricultural and livestock noise on the property. It's also close to the main road, so you may hear some road noise during your stay, but rest assured most of the noise is muffled by vegetation.

- Trains run 5 times a day from Wellington, the station is 4 mins from "Taratahi Escape" and we can collect you from the station.

- There are also public buses to Masterton and Greytown on a rural bus timetable. Most people will have to get around by car to local attractions or you can walk to Carterton in 15 mins.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property

- Breakfast is available at an extra cost and upon prior request
- Please note that we have pets and farm animals on the property and may be allowed to enter paddocks after briefing
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Firewood cost is $25 per load - includes newspaper to get it started, fire starters so it's easier to get started, kindling & about 7kg of wood. All at a size that requires no chopping by guests!
