A private bedroom with a queen size bed, comfortable living area, separate dining area, roomy kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and enjoying a meal on the outdoor patio, a bright and spacious bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV.

There is also a new, high quality sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. **There is an upstairs loft that can sleep an additional two people in a queen size bed but is recommended for adolescents only, not for adults or young children. For those who need a little more room, Sunset Rock, a stylish studio home adjacent to Sunset Hill, comfortably sleeps two additional guests.
