Walk out to this floor’s wrap around porch, right off the kitchen. Dine al fresco, with your group or relax in the comfortable conversation seating to take in the ocean. An outdoor shower, to rinse off the salt and sand, completes your outside space. Make use of your private beach walkover for convenient and pristine ocean access!
Main entrance brings you directly onto the second floor where the primary bedroom is located.
Head upstairs to find the main living space & kitchen, an additional bunk bedroom, and an office with a pull-out bed.

All of the house and garage are available to guests. There are a few locked closets for owners and cleaners.
The hot tub is not guaranteed to work during your stay, we will do everything we can to have it working but oftentimes hot tubs can malfunction. We appreciate your understanding
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
