The newly renovated Belleair Beach House offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the first floor and the second story balcony. Including a private pool, the property is located on a quiet beach with opportunities to paddle board, fish, and catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming close by. The main house includes a primary bedroom suite with a sitting room, king bed and a full bath with a soaking tub. Additionally, there are 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. On the main floor, a full-sized kitchen opens up to the dining room, living room and breakfast nook, all with views of the water. A game room with a pool table and futon is also located on the 1st floor, as well as a full bath and laundry room. A separate guest house above the 2 car garage has two queen beds, a futon sofa, walk-in closet, a sitting area with a tv, and a small fridge and microwave. Summary: We took our kids and grandkids to Clearwater for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our crew, and the location was wonderful!! The grandchildren loved the pool, and the beach is just steps away!! The whole family enjoyed it!! Memories to last a lifetime! The only downfall we had was that the keys were not where they were supposed to be, but the property manager was very responsive and drove the extra set of keys to us. It all worked out great! We hope to come again!!
