This sought after gated community boasts beautifully landscaped grounds, oceanfront pool with heater and chiller, 420 feet of ocean frontage, an observation dock you can fish from, and a beach area where you can launch your paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. If the cancellation occurs within 180 days of the occupancy date, the one-half (50%) reservation deposit shall be non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point the full reservation becomes non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates and rate, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the new booking.
