ABOUT THE CITRUS COTTAGE
We are a historic vacation rental property located in the heart of Old Northwood. There are 2 buildings on site. A 2-story house is located at the front of the property and a 2-story duplex is located at the back of the property. Both structures are separated by a gorgeous, mega-large pool and overgrown, tropical garden.
- Blue Pineapple (2-story main home, 3-bed/3-bath/1-sofa bed, sleeps 8 people)
- Tangerine Dream (1st-floor duplex unit, 1-bed/1-bath/1-sofa bed, sleeps 4 people)
- Lemon Lounge (2nd-floor duplex unit, 1-bed/1-bath/1-sofa bed, sleeps 4 people).
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS
Overnight guests have exclusive access to our tropical paradise. For this reason, no outside guests are allowed at our resort. We kindly ask our patrons to register the total guest count upfront when booking. Failure to do so could result in additional fees, penalties or cancelation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our resort peaceful.
PETS
Pets welcome for an additional, non-refundable pet fee. Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to swim in the pool. Owners must pick up after their pets outdoors.

This gorgeous West Palm Beach property—perfect for friends or a couples getaway—will become your personal paradise complete with a vibrant garden, large refreshing pool, local art, and custom furniture.
**The following is included in each unit.**
SLEEP TIGHT: We try to think of everything. All guests have access to black-out shades, ear plugs, eye masks and a white-noise machine to help even the lightest sleeper feel at home.
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped kitchens in each rental, retro-colored refrigerators, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, sugar, Splenda, cream, tea, knife set, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, basic cooking spices
OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool access, "Felicia the Flamingo" pool float, lounge chairs, garden views, fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ gas grill
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen Smart TV, Roku, 2-8 person dining table, laptop-friendly workspaces, shower/tub combo available, books and board games
GENERAL: A/C, Free Wifi, Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, bleach, Oxyclean, linens/towels, bathrobes, ceiling fan, Britta, complimentary toiletries, and a complimentary welcome basket which includes a few snacks and drinks should help get your stay started. We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags and some dishwasher detergent pods to help you settle in. We kindly ask that guests provide any additional items should they run out.
HEATED POOL: Our saltwater pool can be heated up to 85 degrees. The energy costs to heat a pool of our size is very expensive. To help keep costs and energy use down, the pool is heated at the request of a guest. Please let us know prior to arrival if you'd like the pool heated so our staff can arrange this service. The cost to heat our pool is $35/day, and will be added to the nightly rate after a request is made.
BEACH AMENITIES: Need beach chairs? An umbrella? We've got you covered! We have numerous beach chairs available, along with an umbrella reserved for each rental unit. Please let us know in advance if you need these items, as they are kept in storage and have to be pulled out. We also have beach totes, beach towels, beach toys for kids, a collapsible cooler, sunscreen, sunglasses, and phone case protectors. Please remember, these items are complimentary. Guests who remove these items from their unit could face charges to replace them. We sincerely appreciate your help in keeping these items in rotation for the next guest!
BIKE RENTALS: We have several bikes available for rent. Guests who wish to reserve these bikes must do so in advance. Bike rentals are assigned first come, first serve. The cost to rent a bike is $25/day (or $100/week), per bicycle and come with a helmet, bike lock and bicycle basket.
PARKING: 2 parking spots available on-site at Blue Pineapple. Additional free street parking available in neighborhood.
PHOTOSHOOTS: We are a photoshoot friendly VRBO! Guests who wish to have photoshoots on-site must get the shoot cleared with your host prior to booking. Guests will need to adhere to our house rules which include a capacity cap, quiet hours and check-in / check-out times. While we love to host influencers and brands looking for the perfect backdrop for an upcoming campaign, please remember, we are an overnight accommodations resort first. Please reach out to your host for more information.
SECURITY INFORMATION: Your safety matters. This property features an outdoor security camera facing the entry gate from the street. The camera does NOT look into any interior spaces.
FOR PARENTS: We welcome children! However, parents will need to provide their own supplies for kids (i.e. high chairs, pack and plays, cribs, etc.) and safety equipment if they feel necessary (i.e. child-proof locks, safety gates, etc.). The beautiful cottage is not outfitted with these types of amenities.

Plus, we are the *only* historic neighborhood with added security measures: cameras on nearly every corner and licenses plate readers at entrances to the neighborhood.
