Sit down to a more formal dinner at the dining set in the living area, with room for six and conveniently located next to the kitchen pass-through.

The primary suite is comfortably furnished with a king-size bed and its own flat-screen TV with cable access, so you can unwind to your favorite shows or catch the game while the kids watch cartoons. The ensuite bath here has double sinks and a spacious step-in tiled shower.
The 2nd bedroom is perfect for kids or single travelers, with two twin-sized beds and its own flat-screen TV. This room has use of the main bathroom with tub/shower.

The highlight of your stay at The Dreamcatcher will undoubtedly be the outdoor space. Cool down on hot days in the outdoor pool, which is covered by a screened lanai to keep bugs away. Grill out on the backyard bar-b-q and enjoy your meal at the shaded patio set (also under the lanai–bug-free outdoor dining!).

The Dreamcatcher is located in Buena Ventura Lakes, making it central to a wide range of Orlando’s biggest attractions. Disney Parks and Universal Studios are just 20 minutes away. For the golfer in your group, there are also several golf courses within a few minutes’ drive.
In town to practice your backhand? Tennis, pickleball, and paddle enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the USTA National Campus, also just 20 minutes away. The property is also just a short driving distance to Medical City.
Getting Around:
Most guests have a personal vehicle, though Uber/Lyft/taxis are available. The closest airport is Orlando International (MCO), 20 minutes away.

This is a single-level home; guests do not have to navigate any stairs in order to access the property.
This is a small-dog-friendly home (absolutely no cats). Maximum 2 dogs under 50 pounds each.
A gas grill is available for an additional rental fee of $80, which also includes 1 gas refill. If you would like to take advantage of this amenity, please let us know prior to your arrival. If you wait until check-in to place your order, we will be forced to charge a $30 connection fee.

Please note that the pool heating is not included in the rental rate. Pool heat is available for $40 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). There is no hot tub. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be ordered prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after check-in, a $30 connection fee will be charged.
When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80s. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
