Welcome to The Sunday Morning Bungalow, located in the heart of the historic East Hill Neighborhood. Centrally located, established and well sought after neighborhood we are a 15-minute drive from the beautiful sugar-white sand of Pensacola Beach and minutes to many downtown wedding venues! Pet Friendly (please tell us about your pup - nominal fee). This sweet little bungalow (circa 1928) is located 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to the very popular Downtown Pensacola - Palafox Street for dining, shopping, art galleries, theatre, & music, museums, and sunsets on the marina.
Enjoy a cozy eclectic space with whipped-cream stucco walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, two porches, and plenty of room for hanging with the family. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with a 55” smart tv, couch, overstuffed rocker with ottoman and en-suite nursery with twin, sleeper sofa, and chest of drawers, the perfect place for the baby’s pack-n-play. The guest room has an antique Murphy bed (full-sized bed) with a chest of drawers and a closet. The front bedroom has two full-sized beds, a chest of drawers, and a closet. The living room has a 65” smart tv to stream all your favorites. Google/Alexa and free WIFI throughout the house. Plenty of books, games, and puzzles too!
The outside has a lovely and ample space for playing catch. The outdoor area is fenced in for your dog's safety, but always be mindful when leaving them unattended. We are not responsible should they manage a way out for the property.
East Hill is one of Pensacola's most desirable neighborhoods for its quaint charm, beautiful tree-lined picturesque streets, family-friendly, and is close to many attractions and steps from outdoor activities. We have a boutique Publix Super Market, The Daily Squeeze Juice bar, Cactus Flower (California Mex), Ozone Pizza, The Coffee Cup, Maria's Seafood Market, and other great restaurants just minutes from the home. The home is a short walk from Bayou Texar, a great park with manicured paths under the shade trees, tennis courts, Pensacola's famous "Dog Beach," and gated dog park kayak/paddleboard rentals.
