Summary: Property is as advertised. Pretty basic but has the essentials. It’s all about the beaches and you are a 3 minute walk to the water. The folding beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were great. We had trouble with the umbrellas and could never get them to stay in the sand. The pools are small but well maintained and good for a cooling plunge. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We rented one of the 2 Tree House cars offered and that was a good deal and made the trip so much better having that freedom. You can walk to a few places to eat but having the car was so much better. Our host Ivan responded quickly to any questions or small issues. In a place where luxury starts at 800/night, The Tree House value is outstanding.
