The balcony features a convenient outdoor dining area and a gas grill, which are perfect for cookouts and fun gatherings. Back inside, cozy up on the large sectional sofa with a good book in hand or turn on TV to enjoy your favorite show. Challenge your friends to any of the board games available and enjoy a fun afternoon before heading out to take advantage of one of the four shared hot tubs available (two indoor and two outdoor). The shared heated outdoor pool is another great perk that you'll have access to. Come mealtime, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back with all the modern, stainless steel appliances and utensils available.
This prime location will put you within short, easy walking distance to the Breckenridge Ski Resort's Quicksilver chairlift (less than one mile away) and ski school at Peak 9. The resort offers access to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. You can also easily walk two blocks to many of the best shops and restaurants on Main Street. If you visit during summer months, you can enjoy 4x4 tours, hiking, biking, mountain biking, horseback rides, and so much more! Visit during winter months and you'll have no shortage of outdoor activities that include Nordic skiing, skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and more. Seven and a half miles north is Lake Dillon with its plethora of outdoor activities such as stand up paddleboarding, fishing, boating, and more.
