If we don't have this information 3 business days prior to your stay there is a $75 late fee. The 10 person occupancy INCLUDES infants and children.
Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in or a fee will apply.
Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Summary: Loved: the peaceful setting, the many deer that visited the property, the hot tub, the beds were comfy, my kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. There are several things that could use some attention in the home to make it a more comfortable stay. The basement had a strong odor and water on the floor when we arrived. It is clear that there is a drainage problem and I'm not sure if the damp/musty smell is just moisture or if there is mold too. The bathroom door needs an adjustment as it was difficult to open/shut and my MIL was having trouble opening it independently. There are a couple of other updates that would be an improvement but they didn't prevent us from enjoying time with our family. There are so many gorgeous parks and waterfalls nearby which we enjoyed exploring together.
