The home features bright, open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 sparkling bathrooms and a stunning landscaped yard with a heated pool, alfresco dining, a deck and even space for a boat all overlooking the canal.
Stay just 10 mins to the beach and only 7 miles to all the flavour, shopping and entertainment along Las Olas Blvd.
Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated.
The pool is heated. The daily fee for using a heated pool is $40/day. If you would like to use the heater fee is applied to your whole stay or the remaining days of your stay.
Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
The deposit is not charged at the time of booking and is only charged if there is any damage to the home.

Pool heating:
The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $40/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it.

If you're planning to spend more than a day in Fort Lauderdale, you should have a car to explore the city and its surroundings with ample parking included with your stay for up 5 mid-sized cars.
Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day. Services are available every day from about 5:10 to 12:50 a.m. Basic seats cost $10 or $15 each.
You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.
