Just 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach, and 5 minutes to downtown, you'll love the variety of shops and restaurants found nearby. Everything in this home will have you wanting to come back time and time again. From the bright and cheery decor, to the comfortable beds and cozy use of space, you'll enjoy this vacation unlike any before. The sunroom boasts a large pool table, speakers to play your choice of music, and leads out to the pool and back patio area. Outdoors you'll find an incredible sparkling blue swimming pool, alongside the perfect tiki bar with outdoor fridge, bar seating, and plenty of counter space to fix up your favorite drinks! Next to the backdoor you'll notice the hot tub, which can be used year round, and an ample amount of seating options, tables, chairs, barstools, etc. Literally, this house is perfect for family get togethers or to relax with friends and enjoy a Florida style vacation!
We are always available by phone/text/app, and are local managers that can be present if needed. We pride ourselves on being available but also giving our guests their space and privacy.
This home is located in East Hill which is one of Pensacola's most walkable neighborhoods and close to all sorts of shops, restaurants, coffee spots, bars and more. It's also just a short 5 minute trip to downtown Pensacola, where you can enjoy all kinds of local favorites, parks, nightlife, etc. Pensacola Beach is about 15 minutes drive and you just can't beat this location!
Walking, ubering, or having your own vehicle are all great options.
We do start every stay with essentials like 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap. But after the initial supply has been used, it is up to the guest to replenish on their own. This is due to the differing lengths of stay. Please be aware we do NOT provide shampoo/conditioner/laundry soap.
***Note: We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, hand soap for each sink, a bar of soap, and enough laundry detergent to do 1-2 loads of laundry, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. If more supplies are needed, it is up to the guest to obtain those for their stay!
We do NOT provide shampoo/conditioner/bodywash.
