Located on the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies," this home has an open floor plan; spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and laundry on main level. There are 2 bedrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower floor with private entrance, each with full baths. There is a loft and screen porch that offer additional sleeping options. There are televisions in main living area, both bedrooms, and loft; cable and wireless internet. There are large wrap around decks on two levels; outdoor grill and hot tub on upper level; beautiful woods and mountain views. There is a picnic area with campfire pit, and short trails throughout this 2 acre property. Outdoor security for your safety (indoor security nonfunctional during your stay).
This property gives you an "away from everything" experience; and at the same time is less than a 10 minute drive from most of the activities and attractions of Townsend. The large wrap around decks provide a beautiful view and place you atop the trees. Lots of deck space for grilling, rocking in chairs; and if you're a musician, there's no better place for playing than a big "front porch!" French doors along all walls of the main floor create a feeling of being in the middle of the woods from the living room couch. A picnic area with campfire pit allows you to enjoy the mood of a camping trip but you still have a soft bed to sleep in when the fire goes out!
