Positive: Great location, easy to get to, really beautiful back patio porch
Negative: Many small steps inside home. Cold shower, no temperature control on shower. Was two hours late to our event for host to arrive to work on it, then scalding and still could not use. Offered us to go down to a next door unit to use shower. Did not feel treated fairly.
Summary: Cold shower, late to event, great location
