Summary: Great spot for a few days in Austin, and convenient to the festival we attended in Briarcliff. Great views, and had all we needed. If bringing a large amount of groceries or other stuff, guests might want to bring a small collapsible wagon/cart. The path to the treehouse is a little long if making a lot of trips to unload/load. Would definitely return again.
