Summary: Check in was incredibly strange. They asked us how long we were staying. Didn’t ask for ID. No acknowledgement that they had our booking. “Welcome…we see you are with us for 3 nights. Your breakfast is included on the 15th floor, served between (insert hours) our bar is located on (x) floor….” Etc etc Would have been a normal greeting. This was nothing of the sort. They asked for our deposit and then sent us on our way with no info. Didn’t know if breakfast required a reso, or what floor it was on or when it was served. Our shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom. We called 4 times to get it remedied. Came back after a long day out and about and it wasn’t fixed. They put us in another room. There was a dirty sock on the floor (that didn’t belong to us). The location is great, and bed was extremely comfortable. For the price, we would never stay there again. If you are looking for similar pricing, and great location book the Broadwick. It’s fabulous and the service is unmatched.
