Watch a movie on the smart TV in the living area. The couch converts to a queen-size sleeper, while a desk offers an ideal spot to check email. Detailed with a wall of picture windows, the second living space presents a smart TV and sectional. Concoct a refreshing beverage at the dry bar. The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware (including pans). When meals are ready, a charming dining area awaits.
The lush outdoor area features a heated saltwater pool (up to 6’-deep and equipped with lights), hot tub, heat is $40 per day for both, a dining space, and cushioned sitting area. Also featured out back is an outside shower, gas fireplace, and gas grill for an ultimate experience mood setting night lighting.
This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Summary: The spot is just across the intercoastal highway, about a 5-minute drive to the beach. The listing was accurate, and communication with the property managers was quick and responsive.My issue was that they didn't know the pool was under repair. A pool light and exposed wiring were left undone and apparently unaware to the property manager texting me. I didn't feel safe to let my kids swim the first day. They did come the next morning to complete the work. Never could get the jet controls or lights to work in the spa area though. The entire pool jets did come on automatically in the morning but when it was time to enjoy the pool in the evening it was all quiet and dark. Additionally, some of the pool loungers are rotting and unsafe to use. I let the team know and they did have someone come out and screw it back together, but it needs to be replaced. The kitchen is a bit dated, but it did have all the plates and pans you might need.Other than that, it really is a great vacation house. Sleeps a family of 4 or 5 perfectly. The open floor plan is very inviting and showcases the backyard views and bar area. Comfortable beds, great shower, plenty of seating to eat. Close to shops and restaurants all around.
