Positive: Everything is simple and clean. The owner is very nice, kind, and makes everything clean. He speaks some useful words of English. He is very helpful. Kitchen is very clean. 2 WC available, with paper. I was authorized to keep my bike in my room. The bed was comfortable as well. I recommend a lot, especially for the price.

Negative: Could always be located closer to the city center of course. But already quite close. And not noisy. 2nd floor and half without elevator. Both were no problem for me, though.

Summary: Clean and quiet: Excellent, especially regarding the price.
