Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk helped us book taxis. One front desk staffer was extremely helpful, and she spoke very fluent English.
Negative: Distance to museums and downtown area was about 45-55 minutes walk. Getting a taxi in the city to return to the hotel is difficult. Often times we asked the store cashier to help us to hail a taxi and translate where we needed to go.
Summary: Good value for family- location could be better
