Summary: My girlfriends and I traveled to the area for my 40th birthday celebration in November. The house looks exactly as the photos suggest. The ONLY difference is that the jelly fish are not in the fish tank. The property contact assured me that the jelly fish were back in there (*I asked because another commenter stated that they were NOT*) - and they were NOT. There were two extremely TINY fish swimming around in an algae packed tank. Yuck! My biggest challenge (AND those of my girlfriends) was that the functionality of the house was not good at all - especially for that price point. The internet barely worked. The master bedroom was always freezing and none of the controls in there worked! The shower drains in 2-3 bathrooms were backed up, the garbage disposal didn't work, some of the remotes for the curtains did not work, the stove did not work, and even the outside gate stopped working on our final night there. We were constantly calling the maintenance crew. We had to call to get the pool cleaned and to get more bath towels and wash cloths. It was a bit much. Now the maintenance and cleaning team were super nice, BUT the property manager was highly combative for some weird reason. I asked all of my girlfriends what they would rate the house and they all said that looks (alone) the house would be a 4 or 5. But functionality - a big fat 3. I would NOT stay here again. Again, beautiful house - terrible functionality. This house may be great for the commercial world like videos and movies, but to "stay" here, was very frustrating.
