Corkscrew Shores is a relatively new development in Estero that provides luxury and comfort to vacationers who expect the best in accommodations. The (3) bedroom , (3) bath house is beautifully decorated with high end furniture and appliances. The three bedrooms include (2) kingsize and (1) queen sized bed. Each bedroom have high definition television sets. The kitchen is spacious with a marble counter top and adjoining island. Every appliance and cooking item known to mankind is included. The living room has a comfortable couch with two leather reclining lounge chairs in front of a 83 inch smart television.
The lanai faces a lake with a panoramic view of the skyline. It includes a heated swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, lounge chairs and a misting system to keep cool. The lanai has an evening lighting system that provides a warm ambiance during the evenings. Imagine spending your evenings with a glass of wine in front of the fire pit watching the kids in the swimming pool and hot tub!
What makes Corkscrew Shores a unique development is it’s amenities. The large swimming pool and hot tub borders a large lake that is warm and inviting, night or day. The club house that borders the swimming pool includes two fire pits with drink service and a first class restaurant. The fitness center is modern with a large array of machines and weights.
In terms of things to do, there are a large variety of restaurants and museums to visit. For golf enthusiasts, there are a host of courses nearby including Old Corkscrew Shores, that is a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course. Ocean beaches is but a 35 minute drive and offers some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
