Summary: Room was very clean, and had a great view. The room was dated but maintained well. It had an almost full size fridge and a stove which were handy.

Summary: Very kind people both checking in and out. No problems at all. Luckily I stayed here as a result of working over night. I say luckily because I don't think I would've been happy paying for what I got. As I said, everyone was very friendly and helpful when checking in. However, the room is as basic as you can get. The bed was awesome! That much I can say. Micro, TV, and coffee maker were dang near new. The fridge was in great shape and very clean not to mention full size. Wh8ch is good because there ain't anything around to get food at. So go prepared. Also, be prepared to use your phone for pretty much everything.
Bathroom. Uhg...this needs some help. If you're short, you will have no problem with the toilet. I mean short...like four foot short. Otherwise you will be resting your head on your knees. Shower....like taking a shower under a garden hose. A warm one, but a huge heavy stream. The sink area has plenty of light....like an enormous amount of light. Boaters could probably see that light 25 miles out...so make sure you close the curtains. Also, be prepared to do combat with the carpenter ants. They are huge and resourceful. They have techniques to avoid you until you're in bed in the middle of the night.
So big picture. It's dry, comfortable, but at the same time nothing to write home about.

Summary: I was very happy with my room. Being a single female traveler, I was needing something clean and safe. This place was quiet, exceptionally clean, good shower pressure and (with the whole town) provided the sense of safety that was needed. Check in a simple phone call with no hassle as well. There were also two restaurants close by with a wonderful store just down the road. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Summary: The property clearly exists for fishermen. While the owner is very pleasant and chatty about local attractions the property falls short for “sightseers” especially for the price. The walls are very thin and the guests next door checked in after 10pm and stomped and thumped around and I could easily make out their conversation. I will say that the bed was very comfortable!
