Summary: We enjoyed this property for our family of 5. Everything was as expected except the outside areas felt very weathered. I do understand that with the Florida weather it’s hard to keep things looking nice though. We did not sit or spend any time outside on the deck, porch or yard. We were happy about all of the available items- sand toys, wagon, beach tent, kayaks, beach towels- etc- these were very helpful. The house itself was nice and we had plenty of space. We cooked nearly off of our meals at the house and it worked out great. It was very relaxing and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It was a nice place for parents and kids to enjoy our vacation. Nancy was very helpful when we messaged with questions. Thanks for a nice vacation rental!
