Positive: Villa is excellent. It has everything you need and is very clean. We loved it.

Negative: However Sevid as location we don't recommend for 2025 vacations. There are no roads, no walking paths, no shops, no services... plus there is ongoing construction in Sevid. Owner says it is not disturbing because it is far away from villa, which is partly true, but big work cars going to this construction are passing exactly next to the villa as villa is next to the road so this was quite noisy and disturbing. I still gave 10/10 because villa is great and owner cannot influence constructions works, however if we know it in advance we won't choose this villa for this year. But next year when the works are finally hopefully done.
